I would happily snatch up any South American and Africa airports that Orbx developed. Now sure, I further enjoyed the PNW and PFJ sceneries for the same reasons, but like I said, my favorite Orbx places to fly are all spread around the Orbx globe.I love exploring! So, what I am saying here I guess, is that there are more simmers out there that want to fly in faraway, less explored areas. The mystery and adventurous appeal of these far away places really spoke to me. I got into Orbx scenery in the early days, when all they were developing were Australian regions and airports, and that is what drew me. I would love to see some South American and African Orbx airports. The allure of flight simming to me, is exactly what several of you above have been saying, that is to explore new (to me) areas of the globe. I have never requested or specifically wanted my 'home' airport done by Orbx (or any other developer for that matter). My top three favorite Orbx airports are all places I have never been in real life, and further, are not even in my own country (the USA). I think there may be more simmers out there than you guys think of that enjoy exploring new areas. I had fun with it, I found it exciting, in fact I loved it. Major airports looked like this (no, there is no tower!) Many around here will know airfields looking like this: If they only would continue to do OpenLC Asia next, so that we could have complete global coverage, then I could happily live with any barren vanilla airfield there is. I am thankful to Orbx that they at least opened up the "ugly" rest of the globe with their OpenLC line. But if you check the regular request threads, sadly this is just the way it is. I will never understand how most people apparently only ever again and again fly in the US and some European adventures, since several decades now. They somewhat break the rules by caring stuff for Oceania, which is clearly based on the roots of Orbx. Unfortunately most of the major addon developers seem to only produce stuff for the US and Europe, Orbx is not alone with this. Don't see the connection to Orbx OpenLC releases though. Ken, I share your interest for more care given to fine places across South America, Africa and Asia.
